Pulsar’s 5 Year Product Warranty

Factory 3-Year Warranty with 2-Year Extension upon registration for USA Market.

Pulsar’s warranty plan is designed to provide you with peace of mind and protection for your new device. The standard coverage includes a factory 3-year warranty, and customers have the option to extend the warranty for an additional 2 years by registering their product.

  • Invoice or Receipt must be on Company Letterhead or Logo of dealer purchased must be visible.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Item must be listed on the Invoice / Receipt.
  • The End User requesting warranty work must be the owner as listed on the invoice.
  • No hand written receipts unless they are on official company document.

Warranty Coverage:

Coverage Period:

5 years w/ registration from the date of purchase. (If the date of purchase is not provided, the warranty start date will be determined based on the device's serial number, reflecting the date of manufacture.)

Covered Components:
  • All manufacturing defects.
  • Malfunctions arising from normal use.
  • Parts and labor costs for covered repairs.
  • Technical support via email and phone during regular business hours.
Product Registration:

To receive your additional 2 years of warranty, customers must register their product. Registration can be completed online through our official website or by contacting our customer support. Customers will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration, serving as proof of extended warranty eligibility.

Terms and Conditions:

The warranty is transferable with proof of purchase or a serial number to confirm the purchase date or manufacturing date. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or natural disasters is not covered. Any repairs or modifications made by unauthorized service providers will void the warranty.

  • The warranty plan does not cover cosmetic damages, such as scratches or dents.
  • The optional 2-year warranty is limited to purchases made within the United States.
  • The optional 2-year warranty is available to devices purchased on or after January 1, 2024.
  • The optional 2-year warranty only applies to devices manufactured after January 1, 2023.

Non-rechargeable or disposable batteries are not covered under this warranty. Rechargeable battery packs are covered by a 1-year warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

In the event of an issue covered by the warranty, customers should contact our customer support team. Proof of purchase and warranty confirmation email (for the extended warranty) must be provided. Customers may be required to return the product for inspection or replacement.


This warranty plan is subject to change without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions outlined in this plan. The warranty plan is effective from January 1, 2024 and applies to products purchased on or after that date.
