How to Return a Defective Pulsar Device

How to Return a Defective Pulsar Device

We understand that you made a significant investment in purchasing your Pulsar device, and experiencing a malfunction can be frustrating and disappointing. Here at Pulsar, we are committed to providing you with the best possible support and resolution to this issue.

Before you pick up the phone to call a Pulsar representative about your issue, you need a Return Authorization number. This will give Pulsar representatives your exact issue as well as your contact information and return address in a single form to streamline the returns process.

Pulsar will repair or replace units under warranty for free. By default, all Pulsar products have a factory warranty of three years, but you have the option to extend the warranty for an additional 2 years by registering your product. Out of warranty products can be inspected for $50 and will be repaired at cost to you if technicians are able to do so. If the material has suffered irreparable damage, Pulsar will retain the damaged product but will offer you a 30% discount on a new product of your choice.

If you call without a Return Authorization number, an agent will help you fill it out. Once you have filled out the form, you will be sent an automated email confirming that your form was submitted. The ticket number attached to this email is NOT your Return Authorization Number.

Within 1-2 business days, you will be emailed with your Return Authorization Number along with instructions on how to return your device. If you haven’t received a response within three business days, check your spam/junk folder.

When your return authorization has been approved, remove the batteries and all third-party attachments from the defective unit. This includes mounts, chargers, eye cups, or any item other than the unit itself. If a new unit is shipped back to you, it will be fresh and sealed in its box, and the original defective unit will be disposed of, along with everything attached to it.

After this, create a label for your return package with the Return Authorization Number in large print and include a note with the following information:

RA#:

Name:

Phone #:

Address on your RA form:

Brief Description of what is wrong with the unit

Ship to:

Sellmark Returns
201 Heritage Parkway
Mansfield, Texas 76063

If the return is not received within 60 days, it will be closed, and the returns process will need to be restarted.

Unfortunately, Pulsar cannot ship to PO Boxes. The return address must be a home address – if one cannot be provided, Pulsar can ship to a local FedEx Office.
